Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the location inside a rainforest reserve is stunning and the treehouse I stayed in was spacious, the cleanliness and condition of the room left much to be desired. The service had its moments but was often lacking in professionalism. The dining options did not meet expectations, further diminishing the experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless improvements are made.
I had a pretty good time at this resort, nestled in a stunning rainforest. The treehouse we stayed in was cozy, and the food was surprisingly good on some days. However, the overall experience was dampened by a transportation scam that left a sour taste in my mouth, along with some issues with the staff's knowledge and the condition of the facilities. If you're looking for great nature vibes, it's worth checking out, but be prepared for some drawbacks.
I had the most incredible experience in a treehouse during my stay, surrounded by stunning jungle scenery and wildlife. The views were breathtaking and the location offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. However, the service left much to be desired, with staff seeming untrained and unhelpful at times. Dining choices were limited, and a lack of alcohol options was quite disappointing. Overall, it was a unique experience but not without its drawbacks.
I had high hopes for this stay in a treehouse, surrounded by the beautiful rainforest and near the beach. The location is stunning, and the treehouse itself offered some modern comforts. However, I was really let down by the lack of communication about activities and the general state of the rooms, which need some serious attention. The dining experience was a mixed bag—while there was a variety offered, the service could be much improved.
The stay in the treehouse was a mixed bag for us. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the unique experience of being in a treehouse surrounded by nature was unforgettable. However, the communication and organization around activities were severely lacking, which was frustrating. We felt like we missed out on a lot because no one seemed to know what was going on, and it wasn't clear that many activities were paid options. Overall, it could have been a fantastic experience if only the staff were better informed.
